- Mexican Street Corn (Elote) Ingredients:
- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cotija cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. 
- Grill corn, turning occasionally, until kernels are tender and charred in spots, 8-10 minutes. 
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, cotija cheese, cilantro, chili powder, salt, and pepper. 
- Brush the corn with the mayonnaise mixture. 
- Sprinkle with additional cotija cheese and chili powder. 
- Serve with lime wedges. 
- Vietnamese Banh Mi Sandwich Ingredients: 
- 4 French bread rolls
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeno, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. 
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, and garlic. 
- Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper. 
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. 
- Add the pork and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked through. 
- Place the bread rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes until toasted. 
- Slice the bread rolls in half and spread the mayonnaise mixture on each side.

- Indian Samosas Ingredients: 
- 1 lb potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 16-20 samosa wrappers (or spring roll wrappers)
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large pot, boil the potatoes until tender.
- Drain the potatoes and mash them with a fork.
- In a skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the garam masala, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Add the peas and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the onion and pea mixture to the mashed potatoes and stir to combine.
- Lay the samosa wrappers on a flat surface and place a spoonful of the potato filling on one end.
- Fold the wrapper over diagonally to form a triangle, pressing the edges together to seal.
- Brush the samosas with beaten egg and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy
