Ingredients:
- 3 large eggs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil or ghee
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them well with a fork.
- In a pan, heat the oil or ghee over medium heat.
- Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
- Add the onion, green chili, ginger paste, and garlic paste. Cook until the onion is soft and translucent.
